CC2H Drop In Sessions Update

We have listened to your comments and feedback about the drop in sessions over the last two weeks and taken on board what you have said. The aim was to keep colleagues involved and informed but we are hearing that the sessions have led to more anxiety rather than the intended reassurance. We are therefore going to bring the drop in sessions to a halt and look at a completely different approach to this taking into account your feedback. We will be looking at how we align these sessions and the transformation work to deliver CC2H through our values; Be caring, Be inspirational and (really important this) Be part of it.

We have an exciting challenge ahead of us as we look to be a first class leader in how community services are delivered but we can only do this if we continue to live our values and work as Team Locala, the same behaviours that resulted in us submitting a fantastic bid and winning. We will therefore be looking to deliver sessions in August and September that focus on our values, vision and behaviours and how we can all get involved and work together to deliver the CC2H model and change in the rest of our organisation so our community can experience the best standards of care possible. Central to this will be our desire and need for all our colleagues to get involved and Be part of it! For example, we are meeting with our Change Agents this afternoon to start looking at how to get some of these conversations started.

If anyone would like to provide suggestions about how the new sessions could run or be delivered then please email Natalie.mcmillan@locala.org.uk so we can listen to your views and take them on board.
